Example of gHSQC spectrum

Every peak in the spectrum indicates the chemical shifts of the proton (on the F2 axis) and of the directly bonded carbon (on the F1 axis) in the molecule.

The red peaks are from CH2 carbons and the black peaks are from CH3 and CH carbons. The horizontal projection is a DEPT135 spectrum.
